Hey guys !

Please be reminded that tomorrow is a full dress rehearsal ! (monday ,030809)

No matter what please memorise all the songs required for tomorrow rehearsal ! No excuse for not being able to memorise by tomorrow as I believe that most of you is present on the last few practise when they announced that we must play the song without any reference ! & Please ensure that on tuesday (040809) you guys are free , because there is a high chance of having a sectional ! Make a change in your schedule if there is any activity on that day because I expect full attandance ! Thanks !

band practise starts next monday 20july2009!!!

To all clarinetists,
by now you all should know how to play all these songs -> free spirit, english celebration and follow the river. must know the whole song, no half half or three quarter. the Irecommand book must be with you during all practise. 4 major scales, minor scale, chromatic scale, arpeggios and chorales. 3D bandbook must also be with you at all time during band practise. those chorales which you should know must be already in your mind. staccato, slur and accent must be familar too. when you play, must be able to hear the difference.

alert alert!!! there maybe a small small test coming up. please be prepared. everyone must have their own file with scores in it of cause, own irecommand, own 3D bandbook, yakult straw and tissue.

Hey people , i only upload one photo as another one look extremely stupid .esp -yijing face~

Congratulation to FAJAR SYMPHONIC SCHOOL , SLIVER !
Folklore for band , Overture No.1 !
I am super proud of you guys !

Although the performance was abit squeakish , but overall is still a spectacular / splendid performance done by FJSB clarinetist !

Like what i written on my blog , " the best batch of clarinetist has born and living in FJSB " , i am going to add on in the phrase , " and will always be giving their best to be the best " This is what i entrust to the section before i step down TEMPORARY .

Thank to all graduating Clarinetist for your commitment despite heavy load of work behide , you guys are the best okay ! Do well for your O level or N level , i know you guys can ! and i belive ! TOP STUDENT OKAY ! (=

I will be back checking the section , so the next SL must ensure that i won't be able to catch any mistake . and for the next SL after syf is the time to concentrate on the secondary 1s please make sure they feel home at band and teach them patiently , if anyone quit i will be back to kill you ! Start from basic , tone tonguing all the way , alot of people still cannot tongue properly only fake fake - huihui ! ops i never say anything ~

Don't let anything affect you guys okay , i am here to protect you guys from danger (sound hero leh ! ) okay whatever , but still work hard and produce result , can't wait to join you guys for band again !

You guys are always the golden batch clarinetist in my heart okay !

The Alto Clarinet is back , and someone is going to play it . If you say you love music you love clarinet you love band , you will not be the one rejecting the Alto Clarinet . Alto Clarinet is also a beautiful instrument in the Clarinet family . As the result of discussion we will do a voting , the voting will be as the same date as the exam ! Please vote for who you think should play and why , no sabo-ing is allow .

Okay now im done with the allocation , im going to praise some of you all for the result . I only manage to peek at some of their result not all so just commenting on a few .

Yijing tan result not bad but nothing to show off about , her teacher is a liar . Her testimonial in her report was like describing a angel but you guys can see yijing is not one. HAHAHA ! Should write like : Tan Yijing love to peek at someone (everybody should know ) during class and not paying attentive to class lesson .

HuiHui Poh result also not bad , her testimonial super funny . " She is well-liked by her peer around her " i do agree cause she got a big mouth that make joke out of everything including her . HAHAHA !

Jessica low result also not bad , her testimonial damn true . " She need to improve on her overall appearance " CLAP*CLAP* ! HAHAHAHAHA .

Okay and something that you guys need to take note about :

1) During sectional no one is allow to use handphone to take photo of handsome guy
2) Get hold of your junior , don't let them run wild .
3) Respect your ASL although she is short
4) No talking when the one standing infront is conducting a section or talking
5) Take in all bad/good comment from people and learn from there
6) Always ask question if you are blur-ed
7) No gossiping of section mates , only can gossip other section together as a section
8) During combine no more nokia phone ringing
9) No clapping of hand during combine
10)Appreciate your insturment and love it

And guys do take note there is a entrance-to-combine exam coming up , if you fail you will staying outside when we are combining .
